Ratificar el plan Provincial y Distrital de Seguridad Ciudadana de Padre Abad 2019, aprobados por el COPROSEC y el CODISEC, de conformidad a los considerandos expuestos, los cuales tendrán vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2019,
